At Standert Bicycles, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and components are securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
