How long does it take to ship my new Standert bicycle?
In-stock framesets and bikes are typically processed within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination, but most European orders arrive within 7-10 days.
Do you offer international shipping and how are duties handled?
We ship worldwide. For orders outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT. Please note that local import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority upon arrival.
What is the return policy for bikes and components?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that complete bikes that have been ridden or modified are not eligible for standard returns.
How do I find the correct frame size for my height?
Each product page features a detailed geometry chart and size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our support team with your inseam and reach measurements for a personalized recommendation.
What kind of warranty do you provide on your frames?
We offer a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all Standert frames for the original owner. This does not cover crashes, normal wear and tear, or improper assembly.
Are Standert bicycles delivered fully assembled?
Complete bikes are professionally pre-assembled and tested. For shipping, we remove the front wheel, handlebars, and seatpost. You will need basic tools to complete the final assembly at home.
